Whether that includes counselling, education, wellbeing programs, practical assistance, parenting support, employment pathways or connections with other community services, every pathway is tailored to the individual and family.

Rather than expecting you to navigate different services and systems alone, we walk alongside you to build a pathway that brings the right support, people and opportunities together.

Every journey starts with a conversation.
You can contact Littleroc yourself, or be referred by a family member, school, health professional, community organisation or another service.
You don't need to know exactly what support you need before contacting us. That's something we can work out together.
🛡️ Understand & Safety First
We take the time to understand you, your family circumstances, strengths, challenges and goals.
Where there are safety concerns, these come first. We work with you to identify immediate needs and determine what support may be appropriate for each person.
🛤️ Build Your Pathway
Together, we develop an individualised pathway based on what matters to you.
This could include family support, youth mentoring, counselling and wellbeing, education, employment and training, parenting support, community connection, practical assistance, alcohol and other drug support, DFV support and specialist services.
Not everything has to be provided by Littleroc. When another organisation is better placed to help, we'll support the connection rather than simply handing you a phone number and sending you on your way.

Support doesn't end with a referral.
Where appropriate, Littleroc continues to walk alongside you, helping coordinate supports, strengthen connections, celebrate progress and adjust your pathway as circumstances and goals change.
